Er . Pravin Pawar is founder director of the institute, a graduate in mechanical Engineering from VNIT Nagpur. He is a Hardcore teacher with 16 year of teaching experience in cocaching sector. He is best teacher who has in-depth knowledge of Physics. IIT-Gurukul is the outcome of his great vision, and the institute is marching towards success under his leadership.

He Participate in national level project presentation on dual fuel ic engine He has given more than 100 seminars across the country on Physics.
